Lawsuit to the Tax Tribunal for the Krakow-Sandomierz land elders for the return of the insured sum

Marta Ksandrowicz, a Jewish brewery tenderer in the Starostship of Biecz, sues: Marek Dukielski, the land Marschal, Haskiel from Tarnow; Izrael from Pińczów, Józef from Opatów, Nochem from Wodzisław, the elders of Krakow-Sandomierz, to the Treasury Tribunal in Radom for the repayment of the debt of 7.000 złp incurred on the 19th September, 1754, and approved during the Jewish Assembly in Stopnica by Franciszek Gawrońsk and Alexander Kałucki, special commissioners appointed for this congress by Jan Wielopolski, the voivode of Sandomierz.
